Safeguarding
At AIM: Federation of Schools, safeguarding our children is our top priority. We are committed to proactively challenging, supporting, and guiding our staff and community to ensure the highest standards of safety. Our safeguarding policies are rooted in the principles outlined in the “Keeping Children Safe in Education” guidance, which helps us maintain a vigilant approach to child protection. Our Safeguarding Team
At AIM: Federation of Schools, our safeguarding team is an integral part of our commitment to child protection. We have a network of Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs) who collaborate across our federation to ensure comprehensive coverage and support. Each Head of School holds primary responsibility for safeguarding within their respective schools, working closely with our safeguarding practitioners. Senior Designated Safeguarding Leads
Senior Safeguarding Leads work under the direction of the Executive Headteacher to ensure the safety and well-being of all children within the AIM: Federation of Schools. These experienced professionals are pivotal in implementing and maintaining safeguarding policies across the federation. They provide essential training and support to staff, ensuring everyone is equipped to recognise and respond to any safeguarding concerns. By working closely with the Executive Headteacher, Senior Safeguarding Leads help create a secure environment where every child feels protected and valued.
